Important: You are legally required to notify the Registrar of any change in circumstances that may affect your licence, permit, certificate or authorisation. Submit this form at your nearest police station as soon as possible after the change occurs.
SAPS 521(c) – Notification of Change in Circumstances
Official SAPS form required under Sections 26(1), 38(1), 52(1) and 66(1) of the Firearms Control Act, 2000. Must be submitted to your local police station whenever there is a change in personal circumstances affecting your firearm licence, permit, certificate or authorisation.
